Wines
Lien and Cédric travel all over Europe in search for biological, bio-dynamic and natural wines of the highest quality. Thanks to their close relations with wine farmers and producers, they are able to offer an exclusive selection with a personal story. The wines on the menu are privately imported together with father Eddy Vandeputte, The Organic Wine Man of Winesbio.
Lien and Cédric select a fitting wine for each dish for the best food-wine pairing. The pairing can be ordered per glass. A wine is added to the wine list only with their full approval.
